Over 20 years sales and management experience
I have over 20 years experience in sales and management. I learnt the art of sales and negotiation from some of the leading brands in luxury sales and marketing.
Some of the companies I have worked for include Mercedes Benz, BMW, BMW Motorrad, Landrover, Ford, Holden and Renault.
I have managed businesses in major cities in Australia, and I have also also worked for other companies such as Optus and CBA.
I’ve always excelled in negotation, consistently surpassing my colleagues in achieving the best sales results. Obtaining the best result and ensuring customers are happy with their purchase or sale, gives me a great feeling of satisfaction.
I will bring that same dedication to your home sale or purchase.
Honesty and candour
I will be upfront and honest with you. I will never simply tell you what I think you want to hear.
It’s not just about getting your property on my books. If I think you shouldn’t be selling your home at the moment, I will tell you and we will work on an alternative strategy to achieve the best return, such as a managed sale strategy.
Dignity & kindess
I am not your typical real estate agent. I dedicated four years as a full-time carer for my elderly parents during their terminal illnesses and twilight years. It was an exceptionally challenging time; More difficult than any sales negotiation!
I gained first-hand experience in locating accessible homes for wheelchairs and other equipment. If you have special needs, or if you are downsizing and planning ahead for your retirement, I can assist you in finding a suitable home.
The time I spent with my Mum & Dad was a gift and I wouldn’t change a thing. They helped shape the person I am today and I was able to give back in part, some of their generosity and kindness.
Sharp negotiator
According to my friends, once I start talking, it’s very difficult to get me to stop! Which may not be appreciated all the time, but fortunately it’s an important skill for an auctioneer!
With my Toastmasters public speaking experience, voice projection and my sense of humour, I effectively work an auction crowd, building excitement and anticipation.
Buying or selling a property is a highly emotional and stressful decision for both vendor and the buyer. I will go into bat for the person I am representing, maintaining objectivity, keeping emotions out of the negotiation.
Research & analysis
I get a real buzz from research and acquiring knowledge. I am always learning. I will unearth as much as I can about your property, the locality, the market, potential buyers and marketing opportunities. This will give me an advantage when I’m selling your property, or if you would like me to find you an investment property.
You will receive comprehensive reports on the area, your property and I will discuss various options with you. I will furnish you with all the tools and information you will need to make an informed decision.
Everyone treated equally
I don’t agree with how some of the big real estate brands treat people as a database entry, not a human being. I want to change how things are done, starting with personalised, one-to-one service. We focus more on performance. Quality over quantity.
I will only represent three properties for sale at any one time, assuring you of the highest level of service, whether you are selling a small bedsit apartment, or a luxurious mansion. Everyone will receive the same, superior level of service regardless of background or situation.
